About the Growing Together Fund
The Growing Together Fund is a participatory funding programme supporting community-led activity in Grimsby and North East Lincolnshire. It is delivered in partnership with North East Lincolnshire Council and Key Fund Investments Limited.
If you are applying for funding or signing up as a Decision Maker, separate privacy notices apply to those activities and available to read on each relevant form.

Who we share your data with

Google Analytics – we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. Data is collected anonymously. You can read Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
HubSpot – if you sign up for updates or newsletters, your name and email address will be processed by HubSpot. HubSpot is contractually bound to protect your data and will not use it for any other purpose. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in any email we send you.
The Change Arc Limited – our communications consultancy, who support us in managing newsletters and communications on our behalf. They act as a data processor and handle your data only on our instructions under appropriate contractual safeguards.
North East Lincolnshire Council and Key Fund Investments Limited – our programme partners. We do not share website visitor data with these organisations. Data shared with them in connection with funding applications or Decision Maker participation is covered by separate programme privacy notices, not this policy.
We will not sell your personal data to any third party. We will not share your data with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
We may disclose your data where required by law – for example in response to a court order or a request from a regulatory authority.
International transfers
Some of the third-party tools we use – including Google Analytics and our email marketing platforms – may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses or reliance on UK adequacy regulations, to protect your data in accordance with UK data protection law.
